The Client Is Required To Provide An External Hard Disk Before The Event, Which Will Be Used To Transfer The Data And Provided To The Client Upon Delivery.
Changes/ Corrections In The Output: The Client Is Allowed A Maximum Of 2 Rounds Of Revisions For Photo And Video Deliverables Unless A Previously Requested Change Has Not Been Addressed. Any Further Alterations Beyond This Limit Will Incur Additional Charges.
Changes Timeline: We Request You To Respond Us With Changes Within 5-7 Days Of Delivery Of The Video Or Album Layout To Ease The Process. To Maintain Project Timelines And Ensure Quality Results, Please Note That We Are Unable To Accept The Changes To The Project After 7 Days. We Will Consider That Deliverable As Final.
Music Selection: The Selection Of Music And Songs Is A Collaborative Effort Between The Client And The Editing Team, Facilitated By A Client Coordinator From The Office. To Prevent Any Subsequent Modifications, We Recommend That You Communicate Your Musical Preferences And Tastes During Prior Discussions Before The Wedding Or Editing Process.
Live Edit / Same Day Edit Will Be Charged Extra.
Extra Pages / Albums Would Be Chargeable.
After Delivering The Data To The Client, We'll Securely Store A Backup For Just 3 Months
